VIS-DMDLGE-T

The VIS-DMDLGE-T is a Full Digital Wired Multi-media Conference Unit with 4.3-inch Touch Screen (microphone ordered separately).

The microphone unit has a simple and clear design and is very stable and durable.

The VIS-DMDLGE-T touchscreen microphone unit is equipped with a bright, high-contrast 4.3" touchscreen with a wide viewing angle. The display shows all active functions of the microphone unit, the date, and the volume setting of the speaker and headphone outputs. As soon as the microphone is activated, the elapsed speaking time appears on the display.

The microphone unit can be configured as a chairman, delegate, or VIP microphone unit depending on the conference situation.

Additional functions such as voting, or ID card identification can be activated via software modules without the need to modify the hardware.

The microphone unit is typically used and operated by one user. However, it can also be configured via a software module so that two users can use the microphone unit jointly, but can select different foreign languages via the left and right headphone outputs, or even participate in voting separately.

For users with hearing impairments, Bluetooth transmission can be activated via a software module to output the voice output to Bluetooth headphones.

The following Software modules are currently available optionally:

The touchscreen display can be used as a chairman's microphone unit to control the conference. You can start and end conferences, view and manage the list of requests to speak, view information about conference participants, manage delegate speaking times, start and end voting, and start and stop recording.

As a delegate's microphone unit, the touchscreen display can be used to display the agenda, remaining speaking time, and view the list of requests to speak.

Request to speak list: All active requests to speak are displayed here in the order in which they were received. Requests to speak are displayed in green, and assigned requests to speak are displayed in red.
Delegate profile display: Information about the currently assigned speaker is displayed here. A photo of the delegate can also be displayed here
Voting display: The current status of the vote, the voting options, and the final voting result are displayed here
Language selection display: Available foreign languages are displayed and selected here. These languages, as well as the respective listening volume, can be individually adjusted for the left and right headphone outputs

The VIS-DMDLGE-T microphone unit offers good sound quality thanks to its internal speaker. To prevent feedback, the built-in speaker is automatically muted when the microphone unit is active. An external audio signal can be fed into the control panel and transmitted to the unit's speaker.

The microphone unit offers a solid, unobtrusive design with touch-sensitive buttons and simple, intuitive operation.

Set as "delegate", the microphone unit has a touch-sensitive microphone activation button.

Set as "chairman", the microphone unit has a touch-sensitive microphone activation button, a touch-sensitive button for assigning other microphone units, and a touch-sensitive button for rejecting or deactivating other microphone units.

The easy-care touch-sensitive buttons enable silent operation and are resistant to moisture ingress.

The connecting cables can be routed into the microphone unit either from the rear or from below, allowing for various installation options.

Headphone jacks on the side of the microphone unit are easily accessible and simple to use.

VISSONIC offers a wide selection of optional gooseneck microphones in various lengths as well as shotgun microphones and digital microphones for greater speaking distance, that can be combined with the microphone unit. The microphone plugs into the unit and is screwed into it. This ensures a secure connection and prevents accidental detachment of the microphone.

Further advantages of the built-in microphone module include excellent sound quality, interference-free signal transmission, a 48K sampling rate, and a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

The VIS-DMDLGE-T microphone unit offers numerous functions:

"OPEN" mode: Each microphone unit will be activated as soon as the talk button is pressed.
"APPLY" mode: Pressing the talk button on a microphone unit initiates an activation request. The microphone on the microphone unit lights up green, and the chairman's microphone unit indicates that an activation request is pending. The chairman can accept or reject the request. If the chairman accepts the activation request, the microphone on the affected microphone unit lights up red, and the microphone is active.
"VOICE" mode: As soon as a microphone unit is spoken to loudly enough, the microphone is activated.
"OVERRIDE" mode: Pressing the talk button on a microphone unit activates the microphone. At the same time, the previously active microphone unit is deactivated.

AUDIO-LINK technology with a ring network ensures good signal transmission and prevents interference from external transmission sources such as smartphones or similar devices. By integrating the microphone unit into the digital AUDIO-LINK network, all functions of the conference system can be clearly displayed and operated on the microphone unit's display.

VIP Delegate: If all microphone units are configured as "chairman microphone units", up to 32 of these microphone units can be defined as VIP delegates, meaning up to 8 of these microphone units can assign themselves simultaneously at any time.

Standard CAT5e cabling with RJ45 connectors simplifies setup and provides a secure connection.

A CAT5e network cable transmits 64 audio channels and additional control information.

Compliant with IEC 60914 and GBT 15381-94 standards.
