Request RMA number

Goods for repair must be registered with Phoenix in advance.
To ship a defective item, an RMA number issued in advance by Phoenix is required, which you can request here.

NOTE: For devices without a serial no. and without an existing invoice no. please enter “0000” and use the current date.

Complete the RMA document

After your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a
RMA document and a unique RMA number for your defective device.
Complete the RMA document and sign it.

Send defective item

Attach the completed and signed RMA document including the RMA number provided by us to the defective item and send it to:
