Payment options

We accept the following payment methods

Invoice payment

As a registered dealer in our online shop from Germany, you can conveniently order with us on invoice and transfer the invoice amount within 14 days to our account. The deduction of cash discount is only permitted in case of a written agreement.

Precondition for purchase on account: We reserve the right to inform ourselves about the creditworthiness of your company and to ask you for the following documents: Current commercial register extract, VAT ID number, Proof of the managing director or representative.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse to accept the payment method for certain orders at our sole discretion and without any explanation, and instead to refer you to our other payment methods. Especially with first orders, it may be the case that we ask for a prepayment.

You will receive the invoice from us by e-mail or by post after ordering.

Pay conveniently via your PayPal account.

If you select payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

The incoming payment is usually booked with us within a few minutes and your order is then processed immediately.

Payment in advance

Pay conveniently by bank transfer.

Goods "in stock" will be sent as soon as payment has been confirmed. Please note the availability information on the product pages and in the shopping cart.

For your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Our bank details and purpose are listed in the order confirmation.

Please note: For orders from abroad, we only accept payment in advance.

Payment by direct debit

As a registered dealer in our online shop from Germany, you can pay easily and conveniently by direct debit. You will receive a SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate from us for signature.

When paying by direct debit, we grant you an automatic cash discount of 2%!

Cash on delivery

For cash on delivery you pay the purchase amount in cash directly to the parcel delivery service on delivery of the package. Please note the additional cash on delivery fees of 7.50 €.

The COD payment is possible up to a maximum of 2,500 € (order value).

When paying by cash on delivery, the complete invoice amount must be kept ready!
