Shipping and delivery conditions

How much are the shipping costs?

Generally, we charge a shipping fee for deliveries within Germany for packaging and shipping amounting to 8.50 per order. Orders with a value of more than 1,000.00 are delivered free of charge within Germany.

Please note that for forwarding goods such as PA equipment and 19" cabinets as well as bulky goods with oversize, different shipping costs will be charged.

To what countries can orders be shipped?

Generally, we distribute our products worldwide. However, the delivery of goods ordered via our online shop is exclusively to addresses within Germany.

For orders via our online shop with delivery to addresses outside Germany we exclusively offer possibility of picking up the goods by the customer or pick-up by a shipping service provider commissioned by the customer. We can gladly offer you the delivery of the ordered goods to addresses outside of Germany also by our shipping partners (for example DHL or forwarding agency). Please inform us by e-mail. We will gladly send you a separate offer about shipping costs.

Which payment options do I have?

Orders from Germany

We accept the payment in advance and the payment by cash on delivery plus 7.50 cash on delivery fee.

As a registered dealer in our online shop from Germany, you can conveniently order with us on invoice and transfer the invoice amount within 14 days to our account. The deduction of cash discount is only permitted in case of a written agreement.

As a registered dealer in our online shop from Germany, you can pay easily and conveniently by direct debit. When paying by direct debit, we grant you an automatic discount of 3%. You will receive a SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate from us for signature.

Are the devices new?

All products offered are, unless otherwise stated, new goods in original packaging.

For products that are offered as B stock, please note the information in the product description.

Where were the devices made?

We see ourselves as a specialist and supplier of high quality and innovative solutions for acoustic problems. For this reason, you will not receive any inferior goods from Asia, but almost exclusively products that were produced in the EU.

Prices

I am a dealer. Do I receive discounted special rates?

Of course, we offer dealers our products at discounted rates.

In order to see the prices of the dealers, you must be logged in and registered with us as a dealer. To register with us as a dealer, please follow the instructions in our dealer area.

I would like to place a larger order as part of a project. Are special conditions possible?

We are happy to negotiate larger projects separately with you. Please call us (+49 (0) 8061-4956030) or send an email to info@phoenix-pa.com. Together we will find a suitable solution!

Order processing

I received a coupon. How can I redeem it?

Vouchers can be redeemed in your shopping cart. To do this, enter the voucher code you have received and click on "add". The discount will then be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.

I am a customer from abroad. How can I order from you if my country is not available for purchase in the online shop?

Customers from abroad, whose country is currently not available for orders in our online shop, can gladly place their orders by call (+49 (0) 8061-4956030), by fax (+49 (0) 8061-4956031) or e-mail (info@phoenix-pa.com). Please understand that ordering via our online shop is currently not possible for every country.

I have a defective device for repair - how do I go about it?

Devices for repair have to be registered with Phoenix in advance. To send a defective item, a RMA number pre-assigned by Phoenix is required. In addition to this RMA number, the repair shipment must also be accompanied by a precise error description. You will find the RMA document here.
