ONE-500

ONE-500 is a compact announcement and voice alarm system according to EN 54-16 and EN 54-4 that ensures fast, safe and controlled emergency evacuation.

Thanks to its state-of-the-art functions, excellent audio quality and flexibility in the smallest of spaces, the ONE-500 voice alarm compact system is one of the most versatile and cost-effective voice alarm / public address systems in the world.

It features 2 Class D amplifiers with up to 500 W output, 6 independent zones (3A/B), 3 priority-controlled audio inputs with noise gate function, a 6x6 digital audio matrix, DSP and a LCD display.

Also on board: an integrated emergency text memory (dual message player) for recorded alarm / pre-alarm messages.

In addition, up to 8 system intercoms can be connected (e.g. A-1 system intercoms, MPS-8Z microphones or VAP-1 emergency microphones).

Thanks to the plug & play mode, the system can be configured for voice alarm / public address systems without software or a PC.

Audio inputs and automatic mixing enable high versatility for use in small to medium-sized projects.

A EN 54-4 certified emergency power supply is integrated in the ONE-500 system.

This makes the device highly efficient, space-saving and reduces maintenance costs to a minimum.

Thanks to the wall & 19" rack mounting options, ONE-500 is versatile, depending on the requirements of the project.

ONE is very easy to install and configure, without the need for external applications.

In addition, third-party technologies can be easily integrated using a standard protocol.

ONE is designed to take up very little space. Optionally, ONE can also be housed in an F30 wall rack, thus saving an expensive F30 enclosure, which is required by the standard.

Since the installation, commissioning and maintenance of a ONE system very easy, this can save considerable time and money.

Furthermore, up to 10 ONE devices can be operated with loop technology (optional: ONE-LOOP-04 expansion module for ONE systems with up to 4 devices or ONE-LOOP-10 expansion module for ONE systems with up to 10 devices).

In loop operation, a maximum of 5000 W amplifier power and 60 zones can be cascaded.

Bis zu 10 ONE Geräte - 60-Zonen - Gesamtleistung von 5.000W

Die ONE-500, das kompakteste und kostengünstigste Beschallungs- und Sprach-Alarm-System auf dem EN 54-Markt, entwickelt sich weiter. Es wird zur ONE v2, einer durch ein Firmware-Update und der Schaffung eines proprietären Rings mit Standard-UTP-Verkabelung (ONE-LOOP-04 / ONE-LOOP-10) nun erweiterbaren Lösung.

Das gesamte skalierte ONE System und somit jedes der dazugehörigen Geräte und deren Kaskadenfunktion entspricht der Norm EN 54-16. Für die Einrichtung eines ONE v2-Systems mit Erweiterung, müssen Sie nur eine einzige Erweiterungskarte pro System verwenden und diese, um den Ring der UTP-Verkabelung zu schließen, dem Master-Gerät hinzufügen.

Um maximale Flexibilität und Anpassung an die Bedürfnisse unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden zu erreichen, wurde diese neue Funktionalität innerhalb eines umfangreichen Firmware-Updates bereitgestellt, welches von der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung entwickelt wurde.

Die neue Firmware von ONE v2 ermöglicht es, mehrere ONE500-Geräte über einen proprietären UTP-Kabelring zu kaskadieren.

Dies bedeutet, dass insgesamt bis zu 10 ONE Geräte gemeinsam angeschlossen werden können, um ein 60-Zonensystem mit einer Gesamtleistung von 5.000W zu bilden.

Ab sofort nutzen alle ausgelieferten ONE-Geräte die v2-Firmware und die erweiterbare Funktionalität; alle Vorgängergeräte * können bei gleicher Hardware und integrierter Erweiterungskarte problemlos aufgerüstet werden.

Somit ist ONE v2 das ideale System für Installationen mit mehreren Zonen und für Installationen mit variabler Leistung.

Dies ist der Fall bei Bürogebäuden, Schulen, medizinischen Zentren und Hotels; dort wird jeweils eine skalierbare und modulare Lösung benötigt, die in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit nicht auf erweiterte Funktionen verzichtet.

Einfach zu konfigurieren und flexibel: Die Netzwerktopologie besteht aus Master- und Slave-Geräten mit einer äußerst einfachen Anordnung.

Alle Hardwareeinheiten sind gleich, die Geräte mit der angeschlossenen Erweiterungskarte können einfach als Master konfiguriert werden und suchen automatisch nach den anderen angeschlossenen Geräten.

Die Länge zwischen 2 vernetzten ONE-Geräten, kann bis zu 200 Meter betragen. Jedes Gerät bietet weiterhin auch eigenständig alle bekannten ONE-Funktionen: integrierte Notstromversorgung nach EN 54-4, Havarie-Verstärker, Prioritätsmanagement und die Möglichkeit einer A/B-Lautsprecherverdrahtung.

Wie wird das ONE500-Gerät zu einem voll funktionsfähigen ONE v2?

Durch Installation einer Erweiterungskarte ONE-LOOP (Mini-PCI-e-Format) in das Master-Gerät, um den UTP-Verkabelungsring schließen zu können. Es wird dabei nur eine Erweiterungskarte (Modul) pro System benötigt. Dieses Modul bietet redundante Kommunikation innerhalb des zu überwachenden und zu steuernden Systems gemäß den Anforderungen der EN 54 Normenreihe.

Es wurden zwei Kartenmodelle entwickelt:

ONE-LOOP-04 Erweiterungsmodul für ONE-Systeme mit bis zu 4 Geräten
ONE-LOOP-10 Erweiterungsmodul für ONE-Systeme mit bis zu 10 Geräten

Maximale Funktionalität und skalierbare Bedienbarkeit: In der erweiterten Konfiguration umfassen sowohl der Master, als auch die Slaves jeweils bis zu 6 Zonen und 500W/100 V Verstärkerleistung mit der Möglichkeit, pro Einheit bis zu 2 Audiosignale gleichzeitig abzuspielen.

Bis zu 8 ACSI-Quellen können an das Master-Gerät angeschlossen werden, z. B. MPS-8Z Mikrofone oder VAP-1 Notfallmikrofone.

Durch optionale Tastaturerweiterungen können Sprachdurchsagen oder aufgezeichnete Nachrichten an jede beliebige Zone des Systems (Master oder Slaves) gesendet werden.

Die Master-Einheit bietet außerdem eine für alle Systeme verfügbare Audioquelle. Diese Quelle kann Hintergrundmusik (BGM), ein analoges Mikrofon oder sogar eine Mischung beider Signale liefern.

Sowohl der Master als auch die Slaves enthalten zwei weitere, lokale Audioquellen: eine für Hintergrundmusik und eine für Mikrofon oder Hintergrundmusik zur Auswahl.

Alle Systemgeräte (Master und Slaves) verfügen über 2 interne, aufgezeichnete Nachrichten (Alarm und Voralarm) für jeweils 6 Zonen.

Die Integration des Systems in Brandmeldezentralen kann übergeordnet, an jeder Einheit (EMG- und RST-Schnittstelle), oder zonal, unter Verwendung jeder der ONE Slave-Einheiten, erfolgen. Ebenso kann jede Einheit über MODBUS RTU integriert werden.

Die gesamte Kommunikation zwischen Master und Slave-Geräten wird durch das proprietäre Protokoll des Rings sichergestellt. Selbstverständlich inklusive der Überwachung von Slave-Geräten oder der Weitergabe von Fehler- und Evakuierungsmeldungen.

Expandable solution

ONE-500, the most compact and cost-effective public address and voice alarm system on the EN 54 market, continues to evolve. It becomes the ONE v2, a solution that is now expandable through a firmware update and the creation of a proprietary ring with standard UTP cabling (ONE-LOOP-04 / ONE-LOOP-10).

The entire scaled ONE system and thus each of the associated devices and their cascade function comply with the EN 54-16 standard. To set up a ONE v2 system with expansion, you only need to use a single expansion card per system and add it to the master device to close the ring of UTP cabling.

To achieve maximum flexibility and adaptation to the needs of national and international customers, this new functionality has been provided within a comprehensive firmware update developed by the Research and Development department.

The new firmware of ONE v2 allows several ONE500 devices to be cascaded via a proprietary UTP cable ring.

This means that a total of up to 10 ONE devices can be connected together to form a 60-zone system with a total power of 5,000W.

From now on, all ONE devices shipped use the v2 firmware and the expandable functionality; all previous devices * can be easily upgraded with the same hardware and integrated expansion card.

This makes ONE v2 the ideal system for multi-zone installations and for installations with variable power.

This is the case for office buildings, schools, medical centers and hotels; they all require a scalable and modular solution that does not sacrifice advanced features in terms of security and reliability.

Easy to configure and flexible: The network topology consists of master and slave devices with an extremely simple arrangement.

All hardware units are the same, the devices with the expansion card connected can easily be configured as master and automatically search for the other connected devices.

The length between 2 networked ONE devices can be up to 200 meters. Each device also offers all the known ONE functions independently: integrated emergency power supply according to EN 54-4, emergency amplifier, priority management and the option of A/B loudspeaker wiring.

How does the ONE500 device become a fully functional ONE v2?

By installing a ONE-LOOP expansion card (mini PCI-e format) in the master device to close the UTP cabling ring. Only one expansion card (module) is required per system. This module provides redundant communication within the system to be monitored and controlled in accordance with the requirements of the EN 54 series of standards.

Two card models have been developed:

ONE-LOOP-04 Expansion module for ONE systems with up to 4 devices
ONE-LOOP-10 Expansion module for ONE systems with up to 10 devices

Maximum functionality and scalable operability: In the extended configuration, both the master and the slaves each comprise up to 6 zones and 500W/100 V amplifier power with the ability to play up to 2 audio signals simultaneously per unit.

Up to 8 ACSI sources can be connected to the master device, i.e. MPS-8Z microphones or VAP-1 emergency microphones.

Through optional keyboard extensions, voice announcements or recorded messages can be sent to any zone of the system (master or slaves).

The master unit also provides one audio source available to all systems. This source can provide background music (BGM), an analog microphone or even a mix of both signals.

Both the master and the slaves contain two additional, local audio sources: one for background music and one for microphone or background music to choose from.

All system devices (master and slaves) have 2 internal, recorded messages (alarm and pre-alarm) for 6 zones each.

The integration of the system in fire alarm control panels can be done at a higher level, on each unit (EMG and RST interface), or zonally, using each of the ONE slave units. Each unit can also be integrated via MODBUS RTU.

All communication between master and slave devices is ensured by the ring's proprietary protocol. Of course, this includes the monitoring of slave devices or the forwarding of error and evacuation messages.
