VIS-DAC-F

The VIS-DAC-F is a Digital, wired chairman microphone array unit with language selection.

The version with language selection offers you the option of selecting a different audio channel for the headphone outputs, which is typically used for simultaneous interpretation.

Two additional touch-sensitive buttons allow you to select the audio channel on the headphone outputs. The OLED display indicates which audio channel has been selected.

The horizontal arrangement of the microphone array creates a vertical corridor pattern. This allows the user great freedom of movement – whether sitting or standing – while maintaining consistent volume and sound quality. People to the left and right of the speaker are masked out.

The microphone array microphone unit features a solid, unobtrusive design with touch buttons, flush mount on the desk with electrical lifting.

Other advantages of the microphone station include excellent sound quality, interference-free signal transmission, a 48K sampling rate, and a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

It is also characterized by simple, intuitive operation.

ARRA-Tech microphone array technology enables a speaking distance of up to 80 cm with clearly intelligible speech transmission.

Standard CAT5e cabling with RJ45 connectors simplifies setup and provides a secure connection.

The microphone unit has a permanently connected CAT5 cable with an RJ45 connector. Two microphone units are connected at a time via a VIS-CNB splitter box. This reduces the number of cables on the conference table.

A headphone jack with an easily accessible 3.5 mm mini-jack headphone output is located on the side.

The VIS-DAC-F microphone array unit offers numerous functions:

"OPEN" mode: Each microphone unit will be activated as soon as the talk button is pressed.
"APPLY" mode: Pressing the talk button on a microphone unit initiates an activation request. The microphone on the microphone unit lights up green, and the chairman's microphone unit indicates that an activation request is pending. The chairman can accept or reject the request. If the chairman accepts the activation request, the microphone on the affected microphone unit lights up red, and the microphone is active.
"VOICE" mode: As soon as a microphone unit is spoken to loudly enough, the microphone is activated.
"OVERRIDE" mode: Pressing the talk button on a microphone unit activates the microphone. At the same time, the previously active microphone unit is deactivated.

The AUDIO-LINK technology with a ring network ensures good signal transmission and prevents interference from external sources such as smartphones or similar devices.

VIP Delegate: If all microphone units are configured as "chairman microphone units," up to 32 of these units can be defined as VIP delegates, meaning up to 8 of these units can assign themselves simultaneously at any time.

A CAT5e network cable transmits 64 audio channels and additional control information.

IMPORTANT: The VIS-DCP2000-R control unit must be used to operate the array microphone units.

The array microphone units do not have a built-in speaker.

Compliant with IEC 60914 and GBT 15381-94 standards.
