ACT-580H

The MIPRO ACT-580H is a professional rechargeable digital 5.8 GHz handheld transmitter for the wireless systems of the ACT-5800 series.

The handheld transmitter has numerous features such as a universal battery case for AA batteries or ICR18500 battery (included), USB-C charging socket, metal housing, LC display and ACT function.

The handheld transmitter comes with a high-quality dynamic or condenser microphone head (MU-59A, MU-76A or MU-80A - depending on model).

Frequency range: 5.725 ~ 5.850 GHz.

The handheld transmitter has a robust metal housing and can be operated with AA batteries or Li-ion batteries.

The ACT-580H has a USB-C port that allows the transmitter to be charged directly without removing the batteries (it will not charge if AA batteries are inserted).

When using a Li-Ion battery, it can be charged via a USB-C cable or i.e. also with the MP-800 charger (optionally available).

A charge level indicator on the transmitter provides information about the charge level of the batteries.

In recent years, more and more frequency bands in the UHF range have been closed to wireless microphones.

For this reason, MIPRO has conducted intensive research in the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz ranges and developed new systems in these frequency bands that enable very good range with extremely stable signal strength.

The result: the digital 5.8 GHz ACT-5800 series.

While interference can occur in the 2.4 GHz frequency band from other signal sources such as WiFi or Bluetooth, the frequency range around 5.8 GHz is used much less by other signal sources and is therefore much less prone to interference.

The ACT-5800 5.8 GHz series combines professional features, user-friendly operation and excellent quality into a very good price-performance ratio.
