SW-6 POWER

The newly developed SW-6 POWER passive speaker zone switching and volume control panel with 6 speaker zones is used to distribute the amplifier output signal to up to 6 separate speaker zones.

The SW-6 POWER is suitable for all Phoenix PA amplifier types and automatic mixers with speaker outputs (COM, 4/8 ohm, 50 V, 70 V and 100 V).

The passive 6-zone switching and volume control panel has a variety of uses, such as in the church PA, where it is not always desirable to transmit a signal for the nave with the full volume also to the gallery, the outside speakers or to the altar area (reverberation, sound echo).

Another application would be to make an individual volume adjustment for different types of speakers to be matched.

The switching and volume control panel works completely self-sufficient and requires no own power supply.

The device is built in a 19" housing with removable 19" mounting angle and has a height of 1 U.

The individual speaker zones are activated by mechanical toggle switches. The volume is controlled by the 6-step rotary switch (0 position, 1 position 4 ohms, 2 position 8 ohms, 3 position 50V, 4 position 70V, 5 position 100V, full volume).

In addition to the numerous equipment features and characteristics, the device is characterized by simplest installation and operation.

IMPORTANT:

Only suitable speakers for 100V lines with built-in audio transformer 100V may be used.
