TA-80
The
MIPRO TA-80 is a
professional digital XLR plug-on transmitter.
Frequency area: 482-554 MHz (5UA), 554-626 MHz (5UB).
The small transmitter can be connected directly to
all microphones with XLR plug and operated. Both
dynamic and condenser microphones can be used.
The TA-80 radio transmitter is also compatible with the Phoenix Microphone Tripods / Microphone Stand Systems MEGZ-R-2, MEGZ-R-2A and MEGZ-R-5. These already have a corresponding adapter for connecting the radio transmitter.
The transmitter has a
built-in phantom power that can be switched in
stages of 5.12 and 48 V and supplies a
supply current of up to 10 mA. When using dynamic microphones, the phantom power can be switched off.
Via the integrated
LCD display and the function keys, the various parameters of the transmitter can be set and displayed.
Power is supplied by a
high-quality, replaceable ICR 18500 Li-ion battery that has been specially developed for professional applications.
Charging takes place either directly in the transmitter by plugging the transmitter into the
optional MP-80 charger (in combination with
charging adapter MPA-80) or by removing the battery and charging it externally. It is thus possible to always provide a charged spare battery and extend the service life of the transmitter as desired by quickly changing.
With a fully charged battery, the
operating time is up to 12 hours. Even with the use of true condenser microphones with a phantom power of 48V and 10 mA, the operating time is still very comfortable 5 hours with one battery charge.
The plug-on transmitter is compatible with the receivers of the
ACT-800 digital wireless system (
ACT-818, ACT-828 and ACT-848) and housed in a
lightweight but robust aluminum housing.
